I have bought 3 cars over the past few years from MMC Cars and the service I have had has always been excellent, in fact better than most main dealers.
I did have a few minor problems with a couple of my cars which is to be expected with used cars but Mark has always had the issues resolved promptly. I would rate there aftersales service as 10/10.

I had recently been in contact with MMC as I was interested in a car they had in their showroom. When I arrived I greeted with a polite welcome and invited to have a look around the showroom freely without being hassled. I was extremely impressed with the cars and showrooms as they were immaculately presented. I would definitely recommend this garage as the customer service was excellent!

Mark jack and the rest of the team made my experience 10/10 .. px price offered was fairly explained and given .. customer service on the day was exceptional as was the after care and im more than sure if i needed to contact them in the future id be dealt with in a manor id have no need to doubt .. was able to view the car at my own leisure no pressure on sale and car was ready for collection the same day again dealt with exactly as i expected .. Top lads running a business i will be using again without a second thought .. keep up the good work and look forward to dealing with you again in the future !!

Great service, bought 3 cars and a van from Mark at MMC over the last couple of years. No problems with any of them and each time the vehicles were immaculate and ready in a few hours. Follow up customer service is first class.

I used MMC to purchase a range rover they gave me a good price on my car made everything effort less for me customer service was outstanding. When picking my car up it had been fully serviced and valeted it looked brand-new.

The after care aswell is totally brilliant they look after customers

Visited Mmc today to go view the Cla220d I had been speaking to Mark about for a week or so and I don’t think 5 stars is high enough of a rating for how my experience went.

For me it was a first time buying from a forecourt and obviously I was very anxious, I was greeted on arrival by Mark’s son who straight away came across very helpful, showed me straight to the car handed me the keys and made me a coffee whilst I looked around.

I think he could tell I was nervous, didn’t take advantage of that and helped me out with absolutely everything, changing my private plate over, taxing the car and sorting out all the paperwork. They even provide a full HPI check on the car (I had already done this myself prior to visiting but just a nice and honest touch)

The car is automatic and I’ve never driven an auto before, Mark and his son, Jack gave me a 5 minute lesson on how to drive it 😂 as silly as it may sound it really helped me out.

There wasn’t any problems part exchanging my car, no trying to scrape pennies away from what Mark told me he’d give me for it, there was no questions asked at all. They even made new plates for me for when my registration changes over!

Honestly I cannot give enough credit to this family run business and how they treat their customers, read some reviews from other people and they must have gone to wrong place because my experience was perfect.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Car was pre prepped from the usual common issues they have, serviced and also on arrival the car was prepped highly being fully machine polished. Keenly priced i feel ive gotten a great deal and a lovely example. ( Range Rover Vogue SE) Mark the owner was nice to deal with and quick to answer emails and calls. Family run business i highly recommend.
